Table of Contents
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Testhide (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Testhide is a CI/CD platform with native LLM evaluation capabilities. It allows engineering teams to run automated tests, evaluate AI model outputs, monitor build health, and manage test infrastructure — all in a single pipeline.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice (where feasible) for changes that materially affect existing customers.
3. Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access the Service you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Accuracy
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
3.3 API Keys & Tokens
You are responsible for safeguarding any API keys, tokens, or credentials issued to you. Do not share credentials between users. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect a compromise.
3.4 One account per person/entity
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or abuse free trials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Upload or process malware, malicious code, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or to our infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement
- Use automated scraping, crawling, or excessive API calls that degrade service quality for others
- Circumvent licence or plan limits through technical means
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
5.1 Plans
Testhide offers paid subscription plans. Current pricing is published at testhide.com/pricing. Plan features and limits are described there and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5.2 Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Renewals & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
5.4 Refunds
We offer a pro-rata refund for annual plans cancelled within 30 days of the start of a new annual term. Monthly plans are non-refundable. Exceptions for billing errors are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at [email protected].
5.5 Taxes
Prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar charges.
5.6 Free trials
If we offer a free trial, it is limited to one per person/organisation. We reserve the right to discontinue trials for accounts we believe are abusing the offer.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our IP
The Testhide platform, its source code, design, trademarks, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Testhide. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.
6.2 Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Service, without any obligation to compensate you.
6.3 Your IP
You retain full ownership of any code, configuration, test scripts, or data you bring to or create within the Service.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not use Customer Data (including test results, pipeline logs, and LLM evaluation outputs) to train AI models, for benchmarking, or for any commercial purpose outside your account.
Our data practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information of the other party that is designated as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99% uptime and will publish service status at testhide.com/status.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Testhide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so the above may not apply to you in full.
11. Termination
11.1 By you
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from settings, or by contacting us.
11.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will notify you unless prohibited from doing so.
11.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination all licences granted to you cease. You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination before permanent deletion, during which you may request a data export.
12. Disputes
We want to resolve disputes quickly and fairly. Before initiating any formal proceeding, please contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to attempt an informal resolution.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules agreed upon by both parties.
Note: We will update this section with a specific governing jurisdiction once a legal entity is formally incorporated.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
